Custom Orders

What can you personalize?

We can work with names, customer-supplied logos, original artwork, and many custom concepts. Available options depend on the product and material. You must have permission to use any logo, trademark, or artwork you submit.

How do I send my artwork?

For products that can be purchased directly, place the order and email the artwork and order number to robb@tuwbees.com. For an idea that is not listed, use the custom order form first.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes. When a digital proof is required, production begins only after you approve the final artwork and confirm the product choices.

Can I cancel a custom order?

You may cancel a custom order before approving the final proof. After proof approval, personalized and custom-made items are final except when an item is defective or Tuwbees Custom Works made an error.

Production and Shipping

How long do bulk custom patch hats take?

Estimated production time is approximately two weeks after final proof approval and confirmation of all order details. Carrier transit time is additional.

How quickly does ready-to-ship merchandise leave?

Products specifically marked “ships within 1 business day” are normally handed to the carrier within one business day. Delivery time is additional.

Is freight included on bulk hat orders?

Bulk custom patch-hat orders of 25 hats or more include freight within the contiguous United States. Shipping is charged separately for orders of 10–24 hats and for destinations outside the contiguous United States.

Returns and Problems

Can I return a non-personalized product?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or Tuwbees Custom Works made an error.
